At The Delamere Medical Practice, we aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence. We feel it is important you know who you are speaking to, so our practice staff wear a name badge.

The Delamere Medical Practice is an accredited ‘training practice’. This means hospital doctors wanting to enter general practice spend one year with us in order to gain the experience they need to become family doctors. We currently have three GP trainees with us and also have medical students and physician associate students throughout the year.

This website is for both existing patients and those considering registering with us. It tells you about our services, how to access them and some general information about how our practice operates.

If you live in our practice area, please complete a New Patient Registration form. Patients over 16 years old will be invited to have a new patient medical with our health care assistant. The health care assistant will take your medical history, medication details, blood pressure, height and weight and refer you to the doctor or nurse if necessary. Medication will not be issued to patients until they have seen a doctor.

Although we work closely with the Pennine Trust Community Centre, which is located on the ground floor of the building, you will need to telephone 0161 413 0545 to contact the Pennine Trust reception desk with in the Delamere building. If you need to change an appointment, then you will need to telephone 0300 323 0303 for their main hub.
